CAYA Families,

Minus the wet weather we hope this post finds you all doing well.   Several bits of information in this post so please read closely.  We know there is a lot going on so we ask for your continued patience.  As always if you have questions please feel free to reach out to either:

It appears we are making good progress with team managers- which of course is great.    I know some teams have had their team meeting already and many have dates set. 

Registration Reminder

Please refer to previous blog post about registering your child.  If you have already completed the registration process thank you!  Please take care of this ASAP.

Info to be collected at Team Meeting

Team Managers will be collecting the following from each player during team meetings:

a) US Club Waiver (this is located on the blog).  Please print this off and complete and turn into your team manager.

b)  A copy of  your son/daughter's birth certificate.  We need a birth certificate from every player even if your son/daughter played with CASL last season.  No exceptions unfortunately.

c) Head shot.  This is only for the U10 players.  We do not need 1x1 photo's for our U9 players!

d) Training T-Shirt order forms.  Each CAYA player will receive a free orange training shirt.  Each family will be asked to purchase white CAYA training t's.   The T-shirt order forms are on the blog and can be down loaded by team managers to collect the order for each team.  Typically we have each team manager write one check made payable to CASL to pay for the training T's.  (Again the orange one is free and the white ones must be purchased).  It is entirely up to each family to determine how many white training T's they would like to purchase.  Players are required to wear only CAYA approved training/game gear at all CAYA functions.

Once the team manager has collected this paperwork it can be turned into the office.  With 33 teams it easier to have everything turned into the office at one time by our team managers.

CAYA Calender

CAYA coaches now have the CAYA calender which will be placed on the blog in the coming days.  This should allow all CAYA families to plan out the fall season.

Please read the information below closely. 

Capital Area Youth Academy Player Acceptance Registration
is now available. 

Deadline to complete registration is Friday June 28th .

Please note the following items before you click the link to begin
Online Player Acceptance Registration.  Players selected through
the tryouts must complete the Online Tryout Player Acceptance
Registration and pay the registration fee before a 

player pass can be ordered or the player can be added to their
Youth Academy team roster.

· If the player is not recognized when the required information
is entered to begin registration, please contact Jean   Hogshead, jean.hogshead@caslnc.com or 834-3951 ext. 118

· If the mail in check option for payment is chosen, print the
Certificate of Registration and send a copy to CASL with your
check for the designated amount.  Payments must be postmarked
by July 1st .

·  U9 Youth Academy Players - registration fee is $200

·  U10 Youth Academy Players - registration fee is  $200

·  The amount owed for the CAYA registration for the Fall 2013
season will be determined when the Tryout Player Acceptance
Registration is completed.  Any Registration fees previously paid
for the Fall 2013 season will be carried forward and deducted
from the total CAYA registration fee.

·  Tryout fees are not deducted from the CAYA registration fee.

·  The Online Acceptance Registration will end on June 28^th.
Player Passes will not be ordered for a player until the registration
fee is paid.

·   Players may not train with their team until the registration
fee is paid.

·   Thank you for your cooperation in getting your registration
completed in a timely manner.
