CAYA Team Camp Update with Railhawks 3v3

CAYA Parents,

I hope this post finds you all doing well after the July 4th weekend. There are several items below that are important for us all to read.

CAYA Team Camp
With the start of the fall season rapidly approaching, we want to get everyone updated on the CAYA Team Camp dates.  Team Camp will start Sunday August 4th.  There will be no training on August 3rd.  Camp will end the weekend of August 17th and 18th.  It will run 3 consecutive weekends with times and location still to be determined.

The first weekend of Team Camp will be the same time as the Railhawk 3v3 tournament on August 3rd. We encourage all players and families to still participate in the railhawk 3v3 event here at CASL.  We would like to see as many CAYA players as possible in the event this year. Here is information below about the event.

Railhawk 3v3 Tournament

We are pleased to invite you to join us on August 3rd 2013 for the RailHawk 3's 3v3 soccer tournament! Tired of your typical 3v3 tournament...Come join us in this special ONE Day format of 3v3 soccer.

North Teams - will train at WRAL both sessions

Please Remember:

You will need the following to be submitted to your Team Managers,

a) US Club Waiver (this is located on the blog).  Please print this off and complete and turn into your team manager.

b)  A copy of your son/daughter's birth certificate.  We need a birth certificate from every player even if your son/daughter played with CASL last season.  No exceptions unfortunately.

c) Head shot.  This is only for the U10 players.  We do not need 1x1 photos for our U9 players!

d) Training T-Shirt order forms.  Each CAYA player will receive a free orange training shirt.  Each family will be asked to purchase white CAYA training t's.   The T-shirt order forms are on the blog and can be downloaded by team managers to collect the order for each team.  Typically we have each team manager write one check made payable to CASL to pay for the training T's.  (Again the orange one is free and the white ones must be purchased).  It is entirely up to each family to determine how many white training T's they would like to purchase.  Players are required to wear only CAYA approved training/game gear at all CAYA functions.

Once the team manager has collected this paperwork it can be turned into the office.  With 33 teams it easier to have everything turned into the office at one time by our team managers.
If you ever have a question please don't hesitate to contact us.

Have a safe and enjoyable week.
CAYA Staff
